Most common are 28144T>C (33 missense), 8782C>T (31 synonymous), followed by missense 11083G>T (11 samples), 18060C>T (9 samples) 26144G>T (7 samples). L3606F, S5932F L84S amino acid changes in last three found ORF1ab gene within region encoded for domains (nsp4 nsp6) coding ORF8 gene. variant could be among main enhancers transmission. There is a tendency national specificity most recorded virus outbreak between countries or dependent on place origin.
